- Q: Can I decorate my suite?
Absolutely. Our suites are designed to be decorated by each suite operator. As you might expect, given the dramatic décor of our salon, we do ask for our salon and spa professionals to stay within the old world décor theme that our common areas represent.
- Q: What equipment can I expect with my suite?
Every Salon suite is equipped with a private fully-reclining shampoo bed, mirror and styling chair. Bella Strada chose to provide a shampoo bed over the traditional shampoo sink in order to benefit our stylist’s clientele. The fully reclining mechanism of the shampoo bed allows for little to no neck strain for your customers.
Every Nail and Spa suite is equipped with a sink and storage cabinet. Nail salons also have plumbing fixtures to facilitate the use of a pedicure chair.
Every Salon and Spa suite also comes with the option to establish phone or cable service in your suite. Many of our suite owners appreciate this feature in order to give them access to establishing credit card services and TV/Cable services. Wi-Fi is provided on site to all suite owners and their clients. Common areas include a kitchen and on-site laundry facilities, so your business is completely self-sufficient. Utilities such as gas, water and electric are all included in your weekly rent.
- Q: How much does it cost to lease a Salon Spa Suite?
Salon and Spa suites are individually priced based upon the specifics for each suite. Suite operators pay rent on a weekly basis, which is typically less than you would pay in salon commission environments. One year leases are signed by all suite operators.
- Q: Can I set my hours?
Yes, as a business owner, you decide the operating hours that fit your schedule and clientele needs. All suite owners have access to the building through a secured access system from 7 am to 10pm Monday-Saturday. This allows our suite owners to see clients as early or late as they prefer, based upon the individual needs of their clients. Each suite is also secured through a private key.
